MediaWorks Taupo/Rotorua is looking for a proactive, super organised and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to keep our sales team and office operations running seamlessly. This role is based in either Rotorua or Taupo MediaWorks office.

What you’ll do:
As our Sales Coordinator, you’ll work closely with Account Managers and the sales team to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the creation and preparation of high-quality client proposals, schedules, and implementations, ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Preparing detailed schedules and supporting media report creation.
  • Managing the sales quoting and booking processes with prompt follow-up.
  • Generating sales performance reports and conducting data analysis to ensure accuracy and adherence to sales policies.
  • Coordinating events, managing social media, and handling general office administration tasks effectively.
  • Understanding stakeholder needs and developing trusted relationships to support client retention and growth.
  • Actively participating in team meetings, planning sessions, brainstorms, and presentations.

What you’ll bring:

You’re an energetic, self-starting team player with strong organisational skills and a collaborative spirit. Ideally have experience in an admin support or sales role.

  • Highly organised ensuring processes are followed and commitments are met.
