In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support predominantly to the used vehicle sales business, as well as specific and general administrative tasks by;

• Providing support to the National Sales Manager with administrative duties, follow up action, sales communication and any other ad hoc requirements
• Responsible for assisting with direct phone or yard sales enquires, plus follow up and escalations when applicable
• Maintain sales system records for all used sales
• Assist with preparation and maintenance of online and media marketing of used vehicles
• Prepare nominated weekly and monthly reports for the sales team
• Assist with vehicle deliveries when required
• From time to time there would be a requirement for some direct customer liaison with vehicle hand over and airport picks.

Full HT licence would be an advantage but not essential.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management capabilities, strong communication skills, quality focused and is proficient in basic computer and Microsoft suite tools.
