Description:

SKILLS

  • Develop and maintain a relationship with the customer and an understanding of the customer’s requirements and expectations
  • Respond to all customer inquiries regarding pricing, delivery, specifications, order timeliness, etc. and provide timely information
  • Accurately receive and process customer transactions such as orders, releases or returns
  • Communicate and implement all terms of sales contracts and company policies (i.e. freight, minimum order, returns, etc.)
  • Monitoring orders throughout the system, including regular tracking of orders to ensure timely delivery and expediting as needed
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal manufacturing and support staff, as well as external vendors throughout the order processing and problem resolution process for customers, including: logistics, quality issues, collections and credit management, etc.
  • Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years in customer service or coordination experience in a manufacturing environment working directly with customers preferred
  • Basic and practical knowledge of printing and/or converting, and understanding of graphic arts a definite asset
  • Accuracy in data management and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with clients and internal staff
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in French and English
  • Intermediate computer skills required in MSOffice. AX Dynamics experience is an asset
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, follow up and meet tight deadlines
  • Effective time management skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Proven creative problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, energetic team player focused on the organization’s goals

The Customer Sales Representative is an extension of the Account Manager and in addition to providing service and support, also enhances sales by providing the customer with options and solutions to meet their specific needs and recognizing opportunities to provide alternative solutions to existing customers.
