Sales Coordinator (Experienced only)
This role is crucial in supporting our Senior Business Advisor Team Leader and ensuring that leads are effectively qualified and transitioned to the sales team for conversion. If you are a dedicated individual with relevant experience in the UAE and a strong ability to manage and qualify leads, we want to hear from you!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Involves meticulous management of responsibilities and is target-driven. You will be responsible for filtering and qualifying leads, engaging with prospects, and ensuring that the most qualified leads are handed off to the Sales Executives.
The role demands individuals who understand their KPIs and consistently deliver on them month-on-month. This is a demanding role suited only for professionals with UAE experience in similar roles.
Key Requirements: Must have *relevant experience in the UAE.*
- Previous experience in target-driven roles within the business formation sector is highly preferred.
- No freshers or applicants without UAE experience will be considered. All applications from candidates without UAE experience will be rejected.
- Strong understanding of KPIs and ability to meet set targets consistently.

Responsibilities:
- Filter and qualify leads from various sources (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), ensuring they meet predefined criteria before passing them to the sales team.
- Engage in initial outreach to assess the prospect’s needs and readiness to buy.
- Categorize leads based on their potential and sales stage, handing off the most qualified leads to Sales Executives.
- Gather information to build a profile of the lead, improving sales team insights.
- Ensure seamless alignment between marketing, sales, and CRM platforms.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize the lead flow from marketing to sales.
- Generate and analyze reports on lead quality, sales performance, and funnel efficiency.
- Work on automating sales processes, reducing manual work, and increasing efficiency.
- Track customer journey data and optimize the process from lead generation to conversion.

Compensation and Benefits The compensation package for this role is as follows: Basic Salary: AED4000 commissions upto AED 2000 for individual basic target achievements)
Transport Allowance: AED 500
Medical Insurance: Standard as per regulation of Dubai Labor Law
Company Offered SIM: Provided upon becoming permanent
Annual Leave: 30 calendar days paid leave as per basic salary (leave carry forward only 5 days, general leave permitted upto 15 calendar days consecutively) Holiday booking policy (leaves cannot be combined for consecutive holidays along with public holidays)
Annual Medical Allowance: AED 500
Annual Sick Leave: Up to 5 working days (maximum of 3 consecutive days permitted) Work Schedule
- The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 11:30 AM to 5 PM.
