Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our operations team in organizing events, large parties, and special promotions within our restaurants. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless event execution and enhancing our operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in a sales or event coordination role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.
- Passion for the food and beverage industry and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for guests.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage events and large parties, including planning, logistics.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and guests looking to book events, providing exceptional customer service from inquiry through post-event follow-up.
- Maintain and update our event booking system, ensuring accurate tracking of reservations and details for each event.
- Prepare event proposals, contracts, and promotional materials in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations during events, including setup, service, and breakdown.
- Assist in tracking sales performance and analyzing trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help organize in-house promotions and special events to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue.
