The Sales Coordinator will work with all departments, including Sales, Operations, Inventory and Finance and will be responsible for supporting the Equipment Sales processes across the dealerships.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Ability to deliver consistent, exceptional service to team members and customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, enthusiastic and well organized.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, Teams and Excel.

TRAINING, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role strongly preferred.
  • High school diploma

Compensation package:

  • Salary between $40,000-$55,000 depending on skills and qualifications.
  • 3 weeks of vacation.
  • Medical and dental plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Validate cost sheet accuracy and create sales invoices.
  • Assist with inquiries and questions from sales reps and other departments.
  • Prepare delivery documentation/packages.
  • Arrange inbound and outbound transportation of equipment.
  • Open service work orders for equipment.
  • Issue purchase orders to outside vendors as needed.
  • Assist with inventory receiving and inventory counts.
  • Effectively utilize Microsoft Business Central ERP and Dynamics CRM to support and administer the sales process and ensure accurate data input.
  • Complete the required documentation for OEM and other programs.
  • Follow up with OEM on the topics of price protection, credits, and programs as needed.
  • Communicate proactively on sales department activities to all stakeholders, including managers, sales representatives, and finance.
  • Act as liaison between Service and Sales Department.
  • Uphold customer experience service standards in all interactions.
  • Manage collection and storage of original documents such as Manufacturer Certificate of Origin and ICBC transfer forms as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
