Sales Coordinator

REQUIREMENTS: -

• Candidates must possess at least 1-2 years of sales experience.
• Ability to achieve sales target set.
• Good team player.
• Knowledge of musical instruments e.g. keyboard, guitars, drums will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable working on weekends and public holidays

• Provide professional sales & products service to all customers’ enquiries to convert to sales information.
• Attending to walk-in customers, phone enquiries, and assisting them with products information.
• Execute strategies to generate leads to achieve the monthly sales revenue.
• Contribute to the sales growth that align with the Company’s overall strategies.
• Work closely with branch in charge to meet sales target.
• Ensure proper and correct price tagging and description for products.
• Assist with the requisition for store’s stock replenishment and ensure that an adequate level of stock is maintained at all times.
• Encourage customer loyalty by providing good after-sales service and build up a positive relationship with them.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties or project as assigned.
