Having closed our second funding round, we’re looking for ambitious personalities who are eager to roll up their sleeves and have an impact. You will become an integral part of our hands-on & fun team ( 24 people) and have a big impact on the future development of our company. We are fast-growing with 200+ active customers in more than 16+ countries across a multitude of industries including some big names like eBay, Lufthansa and DHL. And we’re just warming up.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for someone who will shape and own the Go-to-Market strategy for the United Kingdom.

As our Sales Country Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the United Kingdom, driving market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Building and scaling a high-performing revenue engine, with a focus on pipeline development, deal execution, and delivering predictable, consistent outcomes.
  • Establishing and nurturing strategic client relationships, driving sustained revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
  • Representing the company at industry trade shows and events, enhancing brand visibility and expanding the customer base.
  • Designing and implementing accurate sales forecasting models, setting ambitious weekly, monthly, and annual revenue targets, along with action plans to achieve and exceed these goals.
  • Identifying and managing sales opportunities at every stage of the sales cycle, ensuring a proactive approach to closing deals and maximising revenue potential.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to innovate and succeed
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, including leadership roles within both outbound and inbound sales environments, with a demonstrable record of success
  • In-depth knowledge of the Enterprise market in the United Kingdom, with the ability to navigate and thrive in this space
  • Established network of contacts within the Enterprise market in the United Kingdom, with the ability to leverage these relationships to drive business opportunities
  • Experience and knowledge of, and a strong network, in the insights/market research or CX industry are a must
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and scaling sales processes, frameworks, and cycles, with a focus on long-term growth and efficiency
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Thorough understanding of SaaS business models, sales cycles, and the broader technology industry landscape.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build lasting relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive or similar), with a data-driven approach to managing sales performance.
