- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Experience managing social media / online marketplaces preferred.
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills with a friendly telephone manner.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Computer Literate
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
The Sales and Customer Service Ecommerce Coordinator will work closely with the Ecommerce Assistant Manager to optimize and expand our ecommerce business, ensuring maximum order volume and profitability. This role involves processing customer orders, delivering excellent customer service and assisting with the management and growth of our ecommerce store, as well as having a keen approach to increasing sales and drive to bring in new orders.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Address customer enquiries and concerns by investigating issues, devising solutions via telephone, email, and Live chat, and providing re recommendations to management.
- Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
- Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media campaigns and activities over digital platforms.
- Research market trends and provide recommendations to management.
- Maintain knowledge of the best-selling products, as well as keeping the website updated with correct inventory levels.
- Proactively chase new customers, build relationships, and identify potential business partnerships.
- Oversee general administration tasks to ensure seamless business operations and assist with additional ad hoc tasks assigned by the Ecommerce Manager or Managing Director.
- Responsibility for compliance and discharging legal duties with regards to HR and Health & Safety to promote a safe, equitable and legally compliant work place.
