Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
You’ll represent top brands and engage with customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle all inbound calls and manage customer queries
- Print and process daily orders
- Quote existing customers
- Call customers to check order deliveries
- Provide quotes for new and existing customers
- Check in on orders and manage inboxes
- Oversee onboarding—send catalogues and welcome letters
- Manage DPD parcels and Royal Mail samples
- Process orders accurately and track deliveries
- Put orders on – manage inboxes
- Print daily orders
