Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Voice - Customer Service Representative to join our team for a client in the Beauty industry! The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, virtual meetings, and SMS support to manage and qualify potential leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 7 PM Eastern Time.
  • Preferred experience in a Customer Service, Data Entry or Sales role.
  • Strong adaptability and flexibility to work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads and convert them into interested customers.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls professionally.
  • Conduct virtual meetings with potential customers to verify qualifications for certain procedures.
  • Provide SMS support to potential leads.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide effective solutions.
  • Gather and record information accurately to support the customer service process.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
