Responsibilities:

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE?

We’re looking for a Sales Data Analysis and PMO representative to join our Sales Data Analysis team in Barge (CN). Reporting to the Sales Data Analysis Manager you will work in a uniquely high-performing, inclusive and collaborative working culture.

ROLE SCOPE:

The Sales Data Analysis & Program Management Office (SDA&PMO) Representative will manage daily reports for several stakeholders (Sales, PM, R&D, High Management, Others). She/He reinforce and develop (with the team she/he belongs to) processes intra-functional and will be responsible to guarantee the proper execution inside the organization.

  • Guarantee on time delivery of daily/weekly/monthly reports to different stakeholders (mainly to Sales, PM and R&D Department). These reports are linked to orders trends, forecast trends, process KPIs, customers performance and their impact on ITT Friction growth
  • Guarantee a quick and accurate response to “ad-hoc” requirements coming from the high management linked to the topic above
  • Guarantee accurate management of internal tools for which SDA&PMO is the process owner (bid flow, forecasting updates, project portfolio management …)
  • Support the integration of new tools and process in line with the business needs
