JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sales Data and Operations Manager will be responsible for sourcing, building, optimising, and analysing processes that drive revenue, support sales and marketing functions, and enable effective data-driven decision-making across the business. The role requires a strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and a collaborative approach to work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to optimise the entire revenue generation cycle, streamline operations, and ensure timely access to valuable insights.

COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE

Experience

  • 3-5 years in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations roles within a B2B environment, ideally in the fintech or payments industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and experience in managing data integrity and reporting processes.

Technical Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, forecasting, and building dashboards or reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL, or similar tools for data analysis and process optimization.
  • Knowledge of lead sourcing tools and techniques.

  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
