ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Daily operation of the Sales Desk with equal shifts in both in-person office and administrative office locations.
- Contact position for guests regarding bike lessons, lift tickets, and resort information via in-person, emails, and over the phone.
- Direct product marketing to guests.
- Preparing and fulfilling orders and contacting guests for resort lessons.
- Deals with guests in an efficient, courteous, respectful, and friendly manner.
- Demonstrates a commitment to exceed guest expectations.
- Manages all transactions in a secure and accurate manner.
- Highly organized and efficient in the workplace.
- Always follows company policies and procedures.
- Security and accountability for orders and payments.
- Balancing daily sales with computer reports.
- Ensure that a good example is always set for all guest services staff, keeping a positive work environment for everyone.
- Ensure email folders are up to date and tidy – emails waiting for information are being followed up with by the correct people/person.
- Assist with training of staff as needed.
- Check the weekly communication is reviewed by all employees and bring any new information to Supervisors to be added.
- Responsible for making sure opening and closing procedures are complete.
- Ensure breaks and lunches are covered.
- Perform all other duties as required by Supervisors or Managers of the Guest Services department.
