QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record (2+ years) in B2B sales within the aerospace and defense industry, preferably in technical services or solutions sales. Experience with complex sales cycles and large accounts is highly desirable.
- An equivalent combination of education and work experience could be considered for this role
SKILLS:
- English mandatory, bilingual French preferred
- Strong business acumen and understanding of technical services in aerospace and defense.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse businesses.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers with prospective and existing clients. Understand their needs and challenges to position our technical services effectively.
- Solution Selling: Customize solutions to meet client requirements and differentiate our offerings from competitors.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive activities. Leverage market insights to identify potential opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and bids. Ensure proposals are aligned with client expectations and company capabilities.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, track progress against targets, and provide accurate sales forecasts. Implement effective sales strategies to drive continuous pipeline growth
