SALES DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (FUNDRAISING TEAM)

Superstars provide bespoke luxury experiences, exclusive hospitality, premium artwork and memorabilia. These are sold both through a direct sales capacity and our silent auction service at some of the world’s most prestigious events. From high-profile charity galas and business awards to major sporting events like Premiership football matches, Formula One races, and international rugby and cricket matches, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service with meticulous attention to detail.
We are looking for a driven Sales Development Executive to join our growing team, based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. This is a full-time role focused on developing new business opportunities for our silent auction service through both inbound and outbound sales.
You will have the opportunity to work with different types of fundraisers from charities to schools and businesses. If you have a passion for helping charitable causes, are passionate about sales, feel motivated by targets, and have a knack for building relationships, this role is perfect for you. This is a new and exciting role with amazing potential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate new business leads through outreach and networking.
  • Become an expert in our services and be able to advise clients on how best to maximise their fundraising goals.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with potential clients to grow portfolio.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals before passing the event over to our dedicated Account Management team.
  • Be accountable for personal sales targets.
  • Conduct research to identify new opportunities within key markets and sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients’ fundraising needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring repeat business and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Occasionally support and manage our Silent Auction services on-site at high-profile events, including potential international travel.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
