JOB SUMMARY

Our Client is looking hire an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This position is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in sales/ Marketing and a keen interest in sales management and Marketing strategy. You will assist in leading our sales/ marketing team, implementing sales strategies.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in sales or a sales development role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership potential, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and grow within the sales development field.
  • Must be social media savvy
    Location: The candidate must reside around Lekki- Ajah axis of Lagos State

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and coaching a sales team to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and processes to optimize lead generation and nurturing.
  • Analyze sales metrics and reports to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and strategies for achieving sales and marketing goals
  • Build and maintain a marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts
  • Contribute to the recruitment and training of new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Provide regular feedback and support to Sales team, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Assist in managing CRM systems and sales tools to ensure accurate tracking of leads and customer interactions.
