Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join the Pest Street Sale Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the pest elimination sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pest elimination market.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the pest elimination or similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of the pest elimination market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the South of the UK.
