Universal Robots is now looking for a new colleague to join us to continue the steep growth rate in Universal Robots.
We sell our products through distributors, so you will work in close collaboration with these. Your responsibility is to ensure revenue growth in your territory, which you do through engaging with potential customers.
This new role is Netherlands based and reports directly to the France & Benelux Country manager and covers the territory of Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. As Sales Development Manager you are responsible for increasing the sales in the channels.
Primary tasks in your role will be to increase revenue and grow the business to meet our ambitious growth targets:

Channel Management: groom channels by identifying, developing, coaching, training and managing distributors, partners and integrators in Benelux.
- Business development: identify potential new customers with whom UR and our partners have not previously engaged in the sales process, complete the first sale, and hand-off the customer to a distributor for repeat sales, after sales support.
- Account Management: complete additional sales and customer satisfaction/retention for designated key account (Large Accounts and OEM)
The role is home based but travel will need to be undertaken to meet customers in the whole Benelux on a regular basis, carry out demonstrations, attend trade shows and support partners.
