JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual to join our dynamic tech company based in Brisbane as a Sales Development Representative. Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media, to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers, their needs, and pain points, and tailor communication to effectively address their specific requirements.
  • Qualify leads and prospects through effective questioning and active listening, ensuring alignment between their needs and our products/services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, providing accurate and compelling information about our offerings to drive interest and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand-over qualified leads and facilitate smooth transitions into the sales pipeline.
  • Effectively manage and update customer information and interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Actively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base, engaging in consultative selling to maximize revenue potential.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and product knowledge to position our offerings as the best solution for potential customers.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and techniques through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
