  • Identify and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting, emails, and calls.
  • Qualify leads to determine their fit and readiness for further discussions with sales executives.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team to explore customized solutions for prospects.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our HR engagement tools and effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and meet growth objectives.
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics using CRM tools to ensure a seamless sales pipeline.
