Atlas is looking for motivated and experienced Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our team! As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for finding and qualifying potential clients to expand our growing customer base. The SDR will work closely with the Director, of Business Development to drive top-of-the-funnel activity, bringing new opportunities into the pipeline and ultimately supporting our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified sales opportunities for the new logo acquisition team through a multi-channel outbound prospecting strategy utilizing phone calls, email, campaigns, event lists, LinkedIn, and supporting company marketing initiatives.
  • Qualify, nurture, and build a pipeline for our new logo acquisition team
  • Uncover high-level challenges of prospects and align to our capabilities and value proposition
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and drive new logo meetings within your territory
  • Effectively segment and prioritize prospecting efforts based on target client profile, market data, and prospect size
  • Continuously give and receive honest, direct, productive, and respectful feedback
  • Be knowledgeable and stay up to date on product, industry changes, and competitive landscape
  • Develop your social profile and reach as a successful modern seller
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity-based metrics (dials, conversations, qualified opportunities), and log activity in CRM (HubSpot experience preferred
