THE OPPORTUNITY

At eFinancialCareers we know that the SDR function will play an integral role in achieving our strategic plan and growth targets. We’re seeking a qualified SDR to find and screen potential customers who would benefit from our services and products. Within this, the successful candidate has a sound understanding of the sales process, is adept at researching organisations & decision makers and has the ability to initiate new relationships from cold leads, ultimately setting up sales closers for success. The SDR should be a motivated and driven individual who can manage multiple competing priorities, learn quickly and achieve results.

OTHER DESIRABLE SKILLS

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach and Ambition (not mandatory)
  • Experience as a Sales Development Representative
  • Relevant industry experience in recruiting and/or financial services

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

  • Be the first line of communication between prospective customers and eFinancialCareers. Be able to clearly and comprehensively articulate our value proposition and offering to the market.
  • Generate new pipeline opportunities and nurture warm leads; build relationships and qualify prospective new sales opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects and work with your Account Director to meet KPIs and sales quotas.
  • Utilise Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn and a multi-channel approach to generate new sales opportunities
  • Qualify prospects through discovery and secure next steps for your Account Directors
  • Proactively seek new opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings between Prospects and Account Directors
  • Join and participate in weekly internal revenue calls including 1:1s, SDR team meeting, revenue all hands

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • 6+ months experience in sales with a record of exceeding targets
  • Strong communication skills particularly via phone and email
  • Ability to own, analyse and problem-solve challenges
  • Motivated desire to move up within revenue organisation with a passion for sales
