OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) (m/f/d). As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in the success of our company by identifying and qualifying inbound leads, initiating meaningful conversations with potential customers, and establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers. You will be the initial point of contact for prospective clients, acting as a bridge between marketing and sales teams, ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to inbound leads, engaging in conversations via phone, email, and other channels to understand their needs and pain points.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria, ensuring they meet the defined ideal customer profile before passing them on to the sales executives.
- Conduct thorough research on prospective clients to personalize outreach and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a cohesive lead generation and nurturing strategy.
- Articulate the value proposition of our solutions and services to prospects, demonstrating a strong understanding of their potential benefits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and information using CRM software.
- Actively contribute to the refinement of lead qualification processes, sharing insights and feedback to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead qualification, meetings set, and revenue generation.
