We are on the lookout for dynamic and driven Sales Development Representatives to join our expanding teams in Auckland and Dunedin. This role is the critical first step in helping us achieve our mission of empowering Kiwis with financial knowledge and advice. You will be the initial point of contact, turning warm leads into opportunities and setting appointments with our expert KiwiSaver Advisers.

More specifically we are also looking for:
- A passion for speaking with and helping people.
- Experience in Sales, Customer Engagement, or as an SDR is preferred but not essential if you have a proven track record of achieving goals.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Resilience and a positive attitude towards overcoming obstacles.
- A results-driven mindset and comfort with goal-setting.
- Adaptability to new technologies, especially CRM and internal IT systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including late shifts and weekends on a rotating fortnightly basis.
- A clean credit and police check.

Responsibilities:
- Connect with warm leads generated by marketing efforts and highlight the value of our services.
- Build authentic relationships with potential clients, asking insightful questions to understand their needs.
- Educate clients on the benefits of receiving KiwiSaver advice tailored to their individual circumstances.
- Collaborate closely with our KiwiSaver Advisers to ensure seamless handovers and strong working relationships.
- Continuously learn and refine your sales skills, enhancing the customer experience.
- Maintain our CRM (Salesforce) to ensure all communications and records are up-to-date.
- Develop your knowledge of the Financial Services market to engage in professional and informed sales interactions.
- Receive comprehensive support and training from our experienced leadership team, committed to your growth and success.
