  • Bachelor of Science in Marketing or Business Administration with a Marketing concentration or related disciplines; 1+ years in a sales development or related sales field or B2B sales environment preferred, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in a role that has helped develop your ability to solve problems, think critically, effectively communicate verbally, provide customer service
  • An understanding of digital marketing and lead generation techniques and tactics
  • Ability to collaborate and develop strategic plans
  • Appreciation for and a willingness to utilize technology to achieve desired business results.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

Responsibilities:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Accusoft plays a pivotal role in driving our lead qualification efforts. Collaborating closely with the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams, the SDR will engage in activities directly related to generating and qualifying leads. Key responsibilities include executing outbound email nurture programs, managing data entry and collection, cold calling, providing CRM data support, and setting appointments. The ideal candidate will excel at facilitating communication between top-of-funnel prospects and internal technical and sales resources, ensuring a seamless transition through the sales pipeline. This role is crucial in fueling our growth and expanding our customer base.
