POSITION OVERVIEW:

CloudBlue is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in LatAm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating high-quality and high-value business relationships within our target customer segments. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and engaging prospective clients, leveraging language skills, SaaS and Enterprise Sales experience, and the ability to thrive in a matrix organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages considered a bonus).
  • Proven experience in SaaS and Enterprise Sales, with more than 5 years of business development experience, particularly in front-of-funnel activities and building new business opportunities from scratch.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate previous success in value selling, showcasing a track record of understanding complex business processes and effectively communicating the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Proven experience in SaaS and Enterprise Sales, preferably in the technology or cloud industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate and influence stakeholders in matrix organizations.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Advanced understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and proficiency in leveraging CRM tools for sales pipeline management and reporting.
  • Familiarity with GTM (Go-To-Market) software such as DemandBase and ZoomInfo for prospecting, lead generation, and account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage prospective clients within the ideal customer profile set in LatAm.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, presales, account executives, and senior management to coordinate sales initiatives and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the journey.
  • Represent CloudBlue at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s presence in the market.
