ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in a sales or sales development role: Preferably in a B2B environment.
- Active Listening: Skilled at understanding the needs and concerns of potential customers and responding appropriately.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) tools to manage leads, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
- Time Management and Organisation: Ability to effectively manage multiple clients, industries, and priorities while meeting deadlines and targets.
- Persuasion and Influence: Skilled at building rapport and navigating conversations to secure meetings with decision-makers.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working with clients from a wide range of industries and adjusting approaches to suit different audiences.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As a Sales Development Representative at Limivex, you will play a crucial role in driving growth for our clients by acting as an extension of their sales teams. This dynamic and varied position will see you working across a range of industries, helping clients connect with potential customers and secure valuable opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include using marketing tools to identify target audiences, performing outreach, and managing pipelines of prospects tailored to each client’s unique needs. You’ll focus on engaging businesses that have expressed interest in our clients’ services, ensuring a professional and tailored approach for every interaction.
A key aspect of the role is navigating gatekeepers with confidence and professionalism to reach decision-makers. Your ultimate goal will be to book high-quality meetings that enable our clients to showcase their offerings and drive their business forward.
You’ll also manage and maintain CRM systems, keeping records accurate and up-to-date to track progress for each client. Follow-up emails will need to be composed based on the outcome of each call and sent to the relevant stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and a high level of professionalism.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has the ability to adapt their communication style to suit different clients and industries. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use marketing tools and research methods to identify and build target prospect lists tailored to each client’s needs.
- Perform outreach activities, including emails and phone calls, to engage potential customers on behalf of clients.
- Navigate gatekeepers to connect with decision-makers in a polite and professional manner.
- Book qualified meetings for clients with potential customers, ensuring a seamless handoff process.
- Manage and maintain an up-to-date CRM system, tracking outreach activities, pipeline progress, and outcomes for each client.
- Tailor and send follow-up emails based on call outcomes, maintaining a professional tone and clear communication.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their products, services, and target markets to personalise outreach efforts effectively.
- Adapt communication styles and approaches to suit the diverse industries and audiences of various clients.
- Monitor outreach performance, providing insights and recommendations for improving client engagement strategies.
- Stay organised and efficient while working across multiple clients and industries, ensuring deadlines and targets are consistently met.
- Any other instruction from the Managing Director which is reasonable and relevant to the business needs of Limivex.
