Responsibilities:

You are a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative who will be joining a growing team and reporting into the VP of Sales. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by generating new business opportunities and nurturing leads. This position requires a proactive approach to prospecting, strong communication skills, and a passion for technology and innovation and will be responsible for the following:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, to identify and qualify leads within target industries.
  • Utilize creative and strategic approaches to engage prospects and generate interest in Mappedin’s indoor mapping and wayfinding solutions.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers and influencers within prospective client organizations.
  • Qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop tailored strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and interactions in Hubspot.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and inbound inquiries to assess their qualification status and prioritize outreach efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position Mappedin’s solutions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunity
  • Liaise with internal teams regarding RFP’s and ensure on timely completion
  • Document sales processes
  • Maintain Hubspot data hygiene
  • Track outstanding documents such as, RFP’s, Order Forms, NDA’s, Termination Agreements
  • Support in bridging any gaps between sales and marketing activities
