Description:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and screening prospective clients and determining if they are a good fit for Nue Life’s products or services. This role involves screening prospective patients, initiating contact, and nurturing leads through various communication channels. The SDR will work closely with the sales, marketing, and clinical team to ensure a seamless transition of leads through the sales funnel.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through warm calling and email marketing campaigns.
- Qualify Leads: Evaluate prospective patients and determine if they are a good fit for the company’s products or services.
- Set Meetings: Schedule meetings between approved patients and clinical teams.
- Maintain CRM: Keep detailed notes on prospective patients and customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team: Work closely with the clinical and operations team to ensure a smooth transition of information and feedback from qualified leads.
- Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, to be mutually determined within 30 days of hire.
- May include phone/email/direct mail-based outreach, follow-ups.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field. Associates degree and 2 years of experience in-lieu of bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role in healthcare/health tech is advantageous.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to improve performance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
