Description:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years in Sales, Commercial, Customer Service, or Marketing roles with experience in operations or management
- Experience with Salesforce CRM platform and proficient with other sales automation tools, such as Outreach
DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS
- Experience with Power BI preferred
- Ability to balance troubleshooting and finding solutions to day-to-day issues while monitoring and driving achievement of overarching goals
- Ability to effectively coordinate cross-functionally with stakeholders globally
- Ability to listen and collaborate with SDRs and provide the infrastructure and support they need in order to meet their individual KPIs
- Ability and passion for providing guidance and mentorship to the team, and create a culture of teamwork and excellence
- Ability to understand key performance indicators (KPIs), create, interpret, and present performance reports, and deliver insights to drive improvement
- Understanding of ideal customer profiles, personas, and the concept of targeting and tailoring messaging accordingly

Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize all processes associated with the successful operation and impact of the SDR function
- Oversee SDR team metrics, maintain and optimize performance dashboard, report on performance versus goals
- Activate and operationalize the SDR team toward quarterly focus areas in alignment with commercial and business needs and priorities
- Monitor and balance workload across the team ensuring effective use of resources to achieve team objectives
- Lead regular team meetings and maintain consistent connection with individual SDRs globally to ensure alignment and clarity on priorities, campaigns, progress toward goals, etc.
- Align with Marketing and Sales to ensure effective lead management and assignment, qualification, hand off to Sales Managers, and conversion tracking through the funnel
- Act as Administrator for technology platforms and tools, ensuring most efficient and effective use across team
- Facilitate the creation of outreach sequences (email templates, scripts, etc.); track effectiveness, test and measure and continuously optimize
- Facilitate and coordinate onboarding, training, and enablement for SDR team
- Ensure team SharePoint site is maintained and updated
- Work closely with Sales and Commercial Marketing Director to identify areas of improvement for the SDR team
