SUMMARY

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for generating new sales opportunities through cold outreach and social media. You’ll refine cold email strategies using A/B testing to improve conversion rates and identify and qualify prospects by analyzing potential business needs. Your role includes setting up meetings between prospects and Sales Executives, managing and expanding your database, and collaborating closely with the sales team to reach ambitious sales targets. You’ll also participate in pitch sessions, product demos, and training to strengthen your knowledge base and effectiveness. Success in this role means consistently exceeding quota targets for qualified leads.

DESCRIPTION

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and social media.
  • Develop and enhance cold emailing strategies through A/B testing with the goal of increasing the meeting conversion rate.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop prospects based on their potential business needs using your own strategic approach.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Executives.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
  • Attend and participate in sales pitch, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Meet and exceed quota targets related to the number of qualified opportunities generated.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role.
  • Practical experience with a range of sales techniques, including cold calling.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or Hubspot).
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools (e.g., Salesloft, Apollo, or Amplemarket).
  • Solid understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced startup environment.
