Description:

Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: Prague
Productboard is seeking a proactive, curious individual with a growth mindset to join our Global Business Development Representative (BDR) team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on taking initiative, is highly accountable, and excels at managing time effectively. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our sales & leadership teams to help shape our sales strategy and contribute meaningfully to the organisation by experimenting, iterating, and finding innovative approaches to reach our prospects.
As a key member of the BDR team, you’ll generate a pipeline for Productboard’s Enterprise segment by targeting new contacts and departments to educate them on the value of Productboard, initiating new sales cycles, and partnering with companies to understand their product priorities and development philosophy.
As the first point of contact, you’ll play a critical role in building business cases, creating momentum for large enterprise deployments, and introducing product excellence through engaging calls and demos that support key objectives.
