    This position follows a hybrid working schedule with semi-regular in-person events and meetings onsite. We have 3 offices in Germany; one in the beautiful harbor city of Hamburg (Germany), the second in the Bavarian capital Munich (Germany), and the third one in the German capital Berlin (HQ). We come together in Berlin a minimum of twice a year to celebrate our successes together. However, this role can also be fully remote from any of the aforementioned countries.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As a Sales Development Representative - remote (all genders), you will play a crucial role in our sales team. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers and supporting our sales team in expanding our market presence. Your main task is to discover new business opportunities and establish initial contact with potential customers.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Your main task will be to proactively identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels and to qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they fit our target audience.
  • Initial Contact and Appointment Setting: You will build initial relationships with potential customers and present our company and solutions. You will schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads and work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transfer of information and appointments.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Moreover, you will monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and share insights and feedback with the sales team and other relevant departments.
  • Data Maintenance: You will be responsible for maintaining and updating our CRM database with relevant information about potential customers, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date. Your diligent data maintenance supports the efficiency and success of our sales processes by providing the sales team with reliable information.

What you bring to the team

  • Experience & Tech Savviness: You should have initial experience in sales, ideally in the B2B sector and/or SaaS environment. A basic understanding of the financial services industry is an advantage.
  • Communication and Network: You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build trust and relationships.
  • Independence and Teamwork: You are highly self-motivated and able to work independently, with a team-oriented work ethic and a willingness to achieve success together.

  • Last but not least: You are business fluent in German (as you work with our clients in the DACH region) and in English.
