Description:

Qualee (qualee.com), a leader in onboarding and employee engagement solutions, is currently seeking a Sales Development Representative. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in South Africa.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and setting up appointments for the Sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships to drive business growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and lead generation
  • Affinity with HR and Technology, experience with B2B SaaS companies preferred
  • Impeccable English written language skills with high attention to detail
  • Familiarity with B2B contact platforms and Zoho CRM
  • Experience with email outreach tools
  • Knowledge of domain health best practices
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn for professional outreach and networking
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong research skills and the ability to analyze data for strategic decision-making
  • Willingness to learn and align with company values

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Conduct cold outreach to potential B2B clients via email and LinkedIn.
  • Research market insights and utilize B2B contact platforms to identify potential leads.
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure alignment with the product.
  1. Pipeline Management & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions using our CRM system.
  • Track the progress of leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Report on key metrics such as lead generation numbers, conversion rates, and outreach activities.
  1. Collaboration & Handoff
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Provide feedback and insights with commercial teams to improve outreach strategies and align with overall company goals.
  • Contribute positively to the team culture while working remotely.
