JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales & Marketing team in Stockholm. In this role you are able to use your knowledge in tech, marketing and customer experience to find ways to help companies reach their full potential in digital sales. The role includes outbound prospecting, inbound lead management and proposal creation.
This is an associate position at the top of our sales funnel, so you’ll have a great opportunity to develop and advance your career in sales development, sales, consulting and marketing. We can offer you career growth towards a sales position after you have gained your spurs as an SDR, or if you are interested in consulting, we have many opportunities to offer. Our internal learning opportunities come in many forms: events, courses and certifications for example.

REQUIREMENTS

  • You should have some work experience in sales or outbound contacting.
  • Personal interest in sales development, digital consulting, and initiating outbound contacting and appointment making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English
  • Great attention to detail
  • Process-oriented work manner
  • Ability to take ownership of your work, and good teamwork skills
  • Technical understanding of the digital sales and marketing landscape and tools
  • Previous experience working at a rapidly growing company is a bonus
    Location: We value close and constant collaboration in our team work – whether it’s with customers, fellow Roadies and/or consultants from other companies – as it enables us to learn from each other and work more efficiently towards a shared goal. Often this is achieved best by working from the same location. Hence, we can only consider candidates who live (or plan to move) within commuting distance of Stockholm.
    Note: We are currently unable to offer visa sponsorships for Sweden, so, unfortunately, we can’t consider applications from outside the EU/EEA. To succeed in this role, you should have full professional proficiency in Swedish and excellent written and oral skills in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Outreach to prospective leads of target accounts by mainly email and LinkedIn, but also via phone and in-person to develop new business opportunities
  • Effective use of Outreach.io, HubSpot, Excel and other tools to run leads and accounts through every step of the sales cycle.
  • Manage initial management of inbound and outbound generated leads
  • Explain the value of Columbia Road’s services to potential and current customers, as well as senior executives
  • Achieve meeting targets as set by the Stockholm sales & marketing team
