Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in generating leads and supporting the sales process by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our client can add value to their operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably within the financial services or VAT recovery sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully generating leads and supporting sales growth.
  • Leading a team
  • Strong understanding of VAT regulations and recovery processes is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients using various sources, including social media, networking, and industry events.
Initial Outreach: Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce our client’s services and solutions.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with prospects to understand their VAT recovery needs and pain points.
Qualifying Leads: Assess the suitability of leads based on their business needs and potential for VAT recovery services.
Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and assist in creating compelling proposals and presentations.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth to provide valuable insights to the team.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM software and provide regular updates to management.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on VAT regulations and industry developments to effectively communicate with prospects and provide insights
