Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location: Remote (Nearshore candidates preferred from Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua)
Company: Client Company based in Vaughan, ON
Hours: 44 hours per week
Compensation: $1,100 - $1,300 monthly
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Remote Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting potential clients for IT services contracts on behalf of our client company based in Vaughan, ON. Your primary focus will be to set appointments with potential clients through various outreach methods, including phone calls, emails, social media, and networking. The ideal candidate will be proactive in developing market insights and lead generation strategies, with a strong emphasis on appointment setting via phone.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Strong hunter mentality with a proven track record in lead generation and new sales prospecting.
- Demonstrated ability to cold call, prospect, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Capability to build a robust pipeline using diverse lead generation methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with IT services or professional services is a plus.
- 2-4 years of successful B2B sales experience, lead generation, or inside sales.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of an associate degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Proven ability to reach decision-makers and secure meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize daily activities to maximize productivity in cold calling.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects using various lead generation techniques.
- Identify and qualify potential opportunities while nurturing early-stage prospects.
- Meet sales goals by generating business through consistent prospecting efforts.
- Maintain detailed records of key business intelligence, including interactions with influencers and decision-makers.
