Responsibilities:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in supporting a high-growth law firm marketing and sales team based in the United States. You will:

  • Proactive Outreach: Conduct a minimum of 100 outbound calls daily to connect with potential clients in the dental industry, building a strong pipeline of leads.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills when engaging with prospects, making them feel valued and understood.
  • Sales Expertise: Utilize your sales acumen to effectively communicate our value proposition, creating opportunities for our services.
  • Bilingual Communication: Engage with a diverse clientele in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Appointment Setting: Skillfully set appointments with qualified leads, ensuring a seamless transition into our sales pipeline.
