REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in outbound sales
- Demonstrable experience in telephonic sales
- Experience working in the healthcare/medical sector
- Experience working in global markets e.g. UK, USA, UAE
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
- A desire to learn and grow in the sales field
Responsibilities:
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making between 70 to 100 calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify potential customers
- Source new sales opportunities through high volume outbound cold calls and emails
- Qualify potential customers
- Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
- Track progress towards meeting sales goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results
- Identify customer’s buying trends and provide reports to management
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
- Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
