We are seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our team and drive our growth in these markets.

Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities for our web design services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily lead sourcing, outreach, and follow-up, ensuring a robust sales pipeline. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently and contribute to the expansion of our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through targeted outreach efforts, including cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement. Source and qualify a minimum of 20 new leads daily.
- Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and potential fit for our web design services. Ensure thorough qualification to match the company’s offerings.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement to move leads through the sales funnel.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, Monday CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot…) to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, key decision-makers, and industry trends.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and sales performance to the sales manager.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously refine lead generation processes and strategies based on performance data and feedback.
- Outreach: Send personalized outreach emails with loom videos to at least 15 qualified leads daily, tailoring each message to the recipient’s business needs and how our services can benefit them.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with leads 2 days after the initial contact to answer questions, provide additional information, and gauge interest. Perform a final follow-up 2 days after the second contact to close the loop and encourage a decision on moving forward with our services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably within the web design or digital marketing industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, to manage and track leads.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of the web design industry and market trends.
- Self-motivated: Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to achieve common goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Marketing Experience: Previous experience in digital marketing, marketing tools, and an eye for design is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives.
- 10% commission on the agreed contract for each closed lead that pays for their first 50% installment.
- Total monthly pay will be calculated based on the daily goals met, as outlined in the job description.
Legal and Compliance:
- Sales representatives must not attempt to communicate with clients of Geek Up My Site outside of their professional capacity. Any breach of this rule will result in a penalty of $10,000 and potential legal action.
