JOB DESCRIPTION
The demand for Software as a Service (SaaS) is on the rise, and Sage’s sales team is at the forefront of this growth.
We’re seeking SDR leaders to mentor the next generation of Sales Development Representatives. As an SDR Manager, you’ll support and develop a team of 6-7 professionals, creating growth opportunities for both them and yourself. This hybrid position requires commuting to the Toronto office 3 times a week.

Qualifications:
You’ve done the job of the people you’ll be guiding…and you did it well (4+ years of B2B telemarketing, sales, development, or sales management experience (preferably in business applications).
Salesforce.com is a tool you’re beyond familiar with.
Bilingual French Speaking preferred.
You have a history of working well with marketing/account executives that it wouldn’t be unusual if they invited you to their department Happy Hours.
