Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in digital media and influencers marketing, with Direct client along with media agencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to educate clients, advocate the product adoption based on client’s requirements.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills are essential, with experience analyzing data-sets and delivering actionable insights for the client.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy aligned with the Business line ‘s overall objectives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities.
  • Establish and manage sales quotas, territories, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute effective sales plans and campaigns to generate leads and convert them into customers.
  • Leverages personal experience to avoid or minimize potential problems and maximize potential opportunities in the future Is recognized as a go-to person to provide insights and solutions to potential issues
  • Aligns the various stakeholders around company related messages/decisions effectively despite the sensitivity of the situation
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to optimize sales processes.
  • Negotiate and close deals with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Clearly outlines the rationale behind decisions and chosen options.
  • Delegates challenging tasks that promote skill development and growth.
  • Provides ongoing feedback and coaching to support delegated tasks.
  • Identifies potential areas of conflict and takes preventive measures to address them.
