Your Role

As part of the Sales Team at Business Unit Training and Simulation you will play an important part in the process of providing our customer with our latest capability offerings as well as the world leading Live “Force om Force” training system. You enjoy situations where you interact socially and face customers frequently.
Being a member of Training and Simulation Sales team puts emphasis on listening, interacting and taking active part in both internal and external functions, working closely in co-operation with stakeholders on other Business Areas, but also working with other internal teams such as Global Business Development on corporate level.
To be successful in this role, we expect you to demonstrate a strong drive, commitment and ability to motivate and engage your colleagues and when needed lead a team with a verity of knowledge to identify and capture new business opportunities. You are a confident communicator leading your sales process by values, visions and goals.

The role includes:

  • Responsible for achieving Capture Objectives including order intake targets
  • Working closely with internal functions and external customers
  • Participation in exhibitions, customer demonstrations and other customer activities

Your profile
To take on the challenge as sales manager at Saab you are a socially skilled person who has an easy way of making contacts and to co-operate inside and outside the company. You are comfortable in taking decisions and have a high level of integrity.
You have a clear vision and strategy of what needs to be done to reach set goals. It is highly desirable that you are working as a sales representative today and therefore know the ground fundaments of the role such as good business skills, understanding for a complex sales process to win business among other sales related activities.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
