Responsibilities:
- Develop, own, and grow partner relationships, both existing and prospective
- Design, implement, and manage sales and marketing plans
- Assign territories and sales targets to sales staff and ensuring sales goals are met
- Supervise, develop, motivate, and mentor sales staff while assessing sales performance and executing action plans to improve performance
- Presenting, training, and educating FI partners at a senior level
- Sourcing, and selling to high value commercial mid-market sales and partner opportunities
