Responsibilities:

  • Develop, own, and grow partner relationships, both existing and prospective
  • Design, implement, and manage sales and marketing plans
  • Assign territories and sales targets to sales staff and ensuring sales goals are met
  • Supervise, develop, motivate, and mentor sales staff while assessing sales performance and executing action plans to improve performance
  • Presenting, training, and educating FI partners at a senior level
  • Sourcing, and selling to high value commercial mid-market sales and partner opportunities
