Description:
WHO DO WE NEED?
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our Senior Leadership Team and lead our Sales function. You should have a proven track record of creating a “sales engine” with a complete, predictable system from lead generation through to client onboarding. You should also have a proven track record in personally managing complex B2B sales from prospecting through to closing.
Taking a consultative approach, you will enjoy understanding our clients’ businesses and identifying how we can add value. You will thrive in a team environment and be ready to step into a leadership role, supporting others to excel in sales. You will have worked closely with marketing colleagues to both give and receive essential support for successful outcomes at all stages of the sales pipeline.
This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, but we are open to considering 30 hours over 4 or 5 days.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
- Working closely with technical colleagues, coaching them in sales techniques where necessary and making the most of their technical expertise to close deals.
We realise there are a few bullet points here. If you don’t feel you meet every single point in the ad but still think you could be a great fit, we would love to hear from you! Please apply and let us know why you think you would be right for the role.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership, Management and Accountability for all members of the sales team.
- Defining, setting and delivering the Sales strategy, processes and tactics, ensuring they are followed by all.
- Delivering Ghyston’s Sales goals.
- Setting, tracking and achieving sales revenue goals. Planning sales strategies keeping in mind Ghyston’s values and core focus.
- Managing Ghyston’s client portfolio to increase stability and profitability, and to reduce risk.
- Building relationships with prospects and existing clients that result in sales, positive impact, loyalty and account growth.
- Managing a small personal sales target from prospecting through to sales closed to model best practice behaviour.
