Broadridge is looking for a Sales Director to support our growth in the Nordic region. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying , qualifying and prospecting new business opportunities and driving increas ed revenue opportunities from existing Clients . The successful candidate will be hands-on, a creative thinker, results orientated, motivated and collaborative.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with Business leadership and Product teams to develop and execute the sales strategy in the Nordics
- Drive leads in target market via existing relationships, direct outreach, and industry-related events - promote Broadridge and increase brand awareness in the Nordics
- Grow pipeline in target market (s) and actively maintain accurate reporting in Broadforce (CRM)
- Lead the sales process from origination through to close, including :
- Initial contact and prospect qualification
- Assist/Manage, as appropriate , the presenting service offering to identified prospects
- Participate in set up and execution of requirements/scoping meetings
- Assist and support formal response to any client generated RFPs
- Negotiate contract pricing
- Manage prospects through internal due diligence approval process
- Work with Legal department in contract negotiation
- Work with Conversions/Onboarding teams to ensure the successful go-live of new clients
- Develop documents, analysis and presentations based on specific sales needs for customers and prospects and for internal use
- Provide education and training to internal salesforce and other internal teams to drive internal cross-selling
- Any other duties as reasonably required
Desired skills and experience
- Deep experience in s oftware vendor sales / c onsultative sales within the financial services industry
- Existing network within regional Tier 2 banks and institutions , in the Nordics.
- Overall industry product expertise , including deployment/commercial models, competitive landscape
- Specific working knowledge of front, middle and back office solutions and the wider sell-side technology setup.
- Proven track record of successfully developing new business, with a result driven mindset
- Understanding and driving a sales process, both externally and internally
- Excellent customer service, listening and negotiation skills
- Strong collaboration/teamwork skills
- Relevant undergraduate degree
Fluent in Swedish and English (essential)
