FHR ist besonders. Bei uns werden Vakuumanlagen zur Herstellung verschiedenster Oberflächen entwickelt und gefertigt. Hierfür arbeiten viele clevere Köpfe zusammen – Prozessingenieure, Konstrukteure, Mechaniker, Elektriker, Softwareingenieure, Betriebswirtschaftler … insgesamt sind wir etwa 200 Mitarbeitende, welche an der Entstehung unserer Anlagen und Verbrauchsmaterialien beteiligt sind.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives in the PVD equipment sector.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, including semiconductor, optics, and new energy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and product offerings.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements or new product development.
- Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with customers to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact sales strategies and opportunities.
- Travel required up to 50%, including outside EU
