SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous sales and business development leadership experience is essential
  • You will have good experience within a Sales or Business Development environment selling SaaS or Consulting solutions, and will have worked in a target-driven role
  • An excellent communicator, able to develop meaningful relationships with customers, Oracle contacts and internal colleagues
  • Proactive and energetic, with a hunger to succeed and grow your sales pipeline

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are looking for a Managed Services Sales Director with experience of working in the Oracle marketplace, to report into our CRO.
You’ll be part of the wider Business Development team and will be a quota-carrying sales person responsible for prospecting, developing and closing opportunities that grow our award-winning eNlighten Managed Services offering to Oracle customers across both the SaaS and Technology portfolio.
With a joint focus on acquiring new Managed Services customers and driving upsells and renewals from our existing Managed Services portfolio, this sales role will work in close conjunction with our Managed Services Delivery teams and Service Leadership team.
Our eNlighten Managed Service is positioned as a value-add continuous improvement-based service and is an extension of our main Project delivery engagement approach based around customer intimacy, in-country dedicated service delivery teams and majoring on operational and service excellence.
Having proven experience of best practice Managed Service sales, preferably around Oracle Cloud services, and being a proven quota-carrying sales professional is essential for this role. Combining excellence in relationship skills and balancing priorities across hunting new logos and developing existing customers needs to be jointly executed against in order to grow this essential part of our business.
Close collaboration with Oracle such that our joint customers benefit from the best combined input from their chosen strategic partners is also a major focus for this role.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifying, qualifying and developing new business Managed Services opportunities across all industries and incorporating both SaaS and Technology Cloud Oracle customers;
  • Commercially managing existing Managed Services customers, working in complete collaboration with our Managed Services Delivery teams to ensure a relationship based around operational excellence and continuous improvement;
  • Creation of service-based sales plans in conjunction with the relevant Oracle sales teams
  • Go to market campaigns that have a clear route to the creation of qualified, strong sales opportunities
  • The creation of deal plans that clearly identify win themes, competitive differentiation and customer needs to maximise our chances of opportunity conversion
  • Maintain all aspects of our CRM (Oracle Sales Cloud), across Accounts, Leads, Opportunities and Forecasting
  • Able to work towards and exceed targets with a competitive spirit, whilst upholding quality, professionalism, integrity and teamwork
  • Be able to communicate your progress to clients and colleagues effectively on weekly update calls and regular reviews
  • Organise and attend client-facing presentations and internal meetings
  • Attend events (trade shows, user group meetings, Oracle events etc.)
  • Provide weekly reports to the Business Development team
