Description:
The Opportunity:
As Ogury continues to grow, we are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our presence throughout Amsterdam.
In this role, you will utilize Ogury’s mobile and evolving solutions to build and maintain client relationships, driving both retention and new business opportunities.
You will support our team in engaging with agencies and advertisers, acting as a subject matter expert in the marketplace. Your responsibilities will include identifying and sourcing opportunities, pitching and negotiating, closing deals, and managing digital advertising revenue, all while providing thought leadership.
This position reports to the Country Director, BENELUX is based in our Amsterdam office, where we encourage our team to join us in office 2 - 3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Oversee key client accounts, maintaining strong relationships with brands and agencies. Serve as the primary contact for high-value strategic clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:** Identify and acquire new clients across diverse sectors, building and nurturing long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to a high-performing sales team by refining skills, offering guidance, sharing new ideas, and driving results.
- Market Development: Analyze market trends and client needs to create new business opportunities and strategies, supporting Ogury’s growth in privacy-centric digital advertising.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams such as Programmatic, Customer Success, AdOps, and Product Data & Insights to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and align with Ogury’s offerings.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting:** Provide accurate sales forecasts, KPIs, and reports to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.
- Industry Networking: Represent Ogury at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, enhancing Ogury’s market presence and identifying partnership opportunities.
